Syncord are currently recruiting for and M&E Supervisor for a 12 month project in Clapham, London.
Duties include:
Reporting to and working with the Project Manager.
Ensure the quality of work that the contractors are providing is of a high standard
Managing timesheets for site labour
Organising and managing labour on site
Managing specialist Sub Contractors
Ensuring Health and Safety is maintained on site
Attending everyday meetings with the management and other trades.
Delivering toolbox talks.
Arranging inductions
To manage the productivity and push the project towards the completion date.
Electrical Supervisor Requirements:
JIB, ECS or CSCS card
SSSTS
First Aid
2+ years experience in site supervision within the M&E sector
Location: Clapham, London
Duration: 12 months
